As the clean up efforts begin on the Suncoast, we extend our hearts and prayers to those north of us that have received the brunt of Hurricane Idalia.
Meal service delivery is scheduled to resume on Thursday, August 31. All volunteers are requested to arrive at their normal time. If you need to cancel your shift, please email Judy so we can plan accordingly.

As we prepare for the arrival of Tropical Storm Idalia, the safety of our volunteers is priority while continuing to serve our clients. As of this update, meal service delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, August 29. All volunteers are requested to arrive at their normal time. If you need to cancel your shift, please email Judy so we can plan accordingly.
Our office will be closed and no delivery service on Wednesday, August 30. Two meals will be delivered on Tuesday to sustain our clients while our office is closed.

Tropical Storm Idalia is forecasted to impact the Sarasota area on Tuesday, August 29. We continue to monitor the storm. As of this update, meal service delivery is scheduled for Monday, August 28.

A State of Emergency has been declared in preparation for Tropical Depression 10. It has been forecasted to impact the Sarasota area on Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30. We are monitoring the storm. If winds reach Tropical Storm Force, we may suspend service. Updates will be provided on this page.
