Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Meals on Wheels! On this Christmas day, we wanted to express our gratitude to The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch for donating over 600+ shoeboxes filled with toiletries, tee shirts, socks, and various other goodies for us to deliver to our clients. You give the gift of holiday joy and cheer for the elderly and homebound in our community, so thank you.
It is the “Most Wonderful Time of the Year”! Thank you to The Flying Needles Club at the Palm Aire Country Club for donating 30+ shawls for our clients. We are so excited for them to receive them, especially with the cooler weather this time of the year. #MealsonWheels #SRQ #mealsonwheelsofsarasota
Happy Holidays from Meals on Wheels! We are excited to share we are participating in The Mall at University Town Center 5th Annual Festival of Trees. This event allows nonprofits in the Sarasota region raise money by decorating Christmas Trees. This year, our tree is Christmas Truck inspired to pay tribute to all our drivers who deliver for us Monday-Friday.
